If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), Little Willow will pay the return shipping costs. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return product(s), at your cost, within 15 days for a refund or exchange.  Items marked FINAL SALE can not be returned.

Refunds will be given up to 30 days after we receive your returned package. If there is an issue with your return someone from our customer service department will reach out to you directly.

If you need to return or exchange an item, simply use our ‘contact us’ page. You must include your order number and both the item number and quantity of any items you wish to return. All exchanges are based on availability.
